Heavenly! The delicious food with distinct flavors is accompanied by excellent service and a bright, modern, yet comfortable atmosphere. My mother and I have been eager to try Chef Dima's praised restaurant for quite some time, and it did not disappoint! We were happy to have celebrated a special occasion at Ammatoli :-) We loved all three of the mezza, my favorite being the Muhammara & my mom's the hummus...but this isn't to downplay the fresh, fluffy pita and surprisingly acidic and savory cauliflower! Not pictured was our entree of Chilean sea bass with aromatic rice with delicious crispy onions! The fish was cooked to perfection. I definitely recommend ordering multiple things and sharing it all! We could not help but clean our plates. The baklawa was also superb! Not too sweet or heavy. Despite indulging in every bite of the meal we did not feel heavy/weighed down by any of the food. Thank you, Lily, for your excellent service and to all the Ammatoli team for this wonderful dining experience.

My wife and I moved recently to LB and trying to explore the city more and get to know our city and its restaurants and cafes. Last Saturday We stopped at Ammatoli and had an amazing experience, we were welcomed by the hostess and Waited a little bit while we got the next available table service was excellent and the food was yummy/delicious, we were seated outside and our server helped us with food that she highly recommend and it was as she described it. Thank you again for the great service and we will for sure come back again.

So much variety it was very difficult to narrow down our choices. If we could, wanted to just order away and taste test it all, and simply bring home the leftovers. The venue was also very chic and simple, and decorated with what I could only describe with an Egyptian lantern accent (saw them in Egypt last summer when visiting). The kitchen also had a wood fire oven where they cooked their famous home made pita bread and manoushe. Here's what we ordered: 1. Turkish coffee: super strong (probably 3-4x of a standard espresso). I'm a black coffee girl but for this one I had to add some sugar. Very good. 2. Three way mezza: an appetizer platter with your choice of 3 picks. We ordered the roasted beets hummus (superb), grape leaves (excellent), and spinach kibbeh (delicious). At least to my amateur taste buds all three choices were excellent. 3. Zaatar Manoushe: flatbread with zaatar spice mix and what I can describe as dark sesame seeds. It's also topped with cherry tomatoes and mint leaves. Never had mint leaves with flatbread before and was a little skeptical at first but wow it totally brings out the flavor. Adds a slight fresh minty taste to it. Loved the zaatar mankushe. Please order one for the table. 4. Jibne Manoushe: also flatbread with cheese topping and cherry tomatoes with mint leaves. This one just tasted like an old fashion cheese pizza. Was good but not special. Wish we had room for dessert because there were several that I wanted to try. But will have to save it for the next trip.

This review is a bit late but had my meal with my partner on July 6th. Ammatoli is a true gem for Mediterranean cuisine! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is chic and stylish, with beautiful touches that create an authentic vibe. The food, however, is the real star of the show!

Love coming here for brunch! Everyone is so nice here and the vibes inside are beautiful! I love how they have a lot of dessert options and snacks you can to go when you're done eating. The food comes out pretty quick! I def would recommend to order a bunch of starters and have the main food come after your done! Here's what we got and loved! The fattoush, grape leaves and all the manoushe's are so good!!! This was the first place that really nailed the lemon with mint drink! The falafels were not bad but I'm not sure I would get them again. I really liked the shawarma but I wish there was more chicken in it. Def would still come here again! Love trying new items on their menu each time. Parking here is easy there's a bunch of street parking and a big parking lot.

One of the prettiest places I've ever dined at (and they've got some delicious eats to match)! Minimalistic yet warm, Ammatoli will definitely impress whoever you bring along for a bite. Their team is super attentive and thoughtful. Overall, such a great elevated vibe. A homey feeling with a sprinkle of fancy. We went with their Ammatoli Healthy Bowl (with rice, fattoush, and falafel), their Ammatoli Moussaka, and by recommendation of the waitress, their Housemade Pita with Spicy Hummus. Ammatoli Healthy Bowl: Fresh, fragrant, and honest. It's a simple dish made well. A great choice for lunch if you're having trouble deciding and want a balanced meal. Ammatoli Moussaka: This was my first time having moussaka and the only way I can really describe it is like an eggplant lasagna. Incredibly indulgent and oh-so-tasty! Housemade Pita: These were the true stars! It might have been the best pita I've ever had. They came out piping hot and freshly baked. Sooooo pillowy, fluffy, and light. I like to think every piece of Pita bread aspires to be like one of these. Spicy Hummus: This paired perfectly with the pita! Simply delicious. Not a typical spice that I've had before. You have to get a taste for yourself!
